• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

• Payment is required in full prior to sessions or workshops unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices or services, with clear communication to clients.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

• Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
